If I could give Entergy of Louisiana no stars, I would. First off, they LIE to the news about 80% of customers having their power on after Hurricane Ida. They are patting themselves on the back because most of New Orleans is up and running. I’m 14 days now without power. There hasn’t been one useless Entergy truck down my road to lift one pole or repair one wire. All around our road repairs are being made - except this road. Entergy will want me to pay my inflated bill on the 22nd. I’m not doing it. Why? Because I’ve been spending $30 a day on gas for a generator. I think it’s time for a class action lawsuit against Entergy. We are paying customers and always IGNORED BY THIS BIASED COMPANY. Leo P. Denault has a compensation and salary of over $11 million dollars salary. He can pay my bill. Leo P. Denault should be forced to go without power for as long as the rest of us.
