Entergy inflates our bill every time there is a major storm event, which is always curious, because the power goes out and we literally use LESS energy. When challenged, they patronize you and make you feel that you MUST have overlooked something. It couldn’t possibly be inflating pricing to cover their costs to restore power. Also, when they restore power; they act like heroes. Sorry but for what we pay (which is about 3 times as much as other cities), you don’t get a medal for that. It is your job, not a news story. It’s the utility and there are no supplier choices. You are at the mercy of this company for honesty, and I do not believe we get that.
