Update – Still, the company has not provided any evidence to support the alleged damage claim — no photos, no damage report, and no repair quote. Instead of substantiating their claim, they have shifted the burden onto me by asking for my own photos, despite the burden of proof lying with them. The matter continues to drag on, while my security deposit remains withheld. Due to the ongoing lack of transparency, I have escalated the issue: I've submitted a chronological PDF of all communication as evidence and have an active case with the relevant authorities. This situation has gone far beyond a simple rental. The delays and lack of communication are extremely disappointing. I will update this review once the matter is resolved.
