The car was only driven on highways and parked at my hotel for 10 days. I never parked near curbs. My contract excess was €1,050, yet they charged double that amount. I received no responses to my emails, and the documentation was in a different language. The amount claimed is excessive for minor scratches. This feels like a post-rental damage scam. I will try to escalate the issue but am being ignored. I recommend others take photos of the vehicle before leaving or choose a different rental service.

The matter continues to drag on, while my security deposit remains withheld. Due to the ongoing lack of transparency, I have escalated the issue: I've submitted a chronological PDF of all communication as evidence and have an active case with the relevant authorities. This situation has gone far beyond a simple rental. The delays and lack of communication are extremely disappointing. I will update this review once the matter is resolved.

The explanation and documentation were sent in another language, despite my booking and communication being in English. The claimed amount is completely unjustifiable for minor cosmetic scratches. This feels like a classic post-rental damage scam, targeting customers after the vehicle is returned. Instead of providing clear proof or reasonable communication, they resorted to intimidation and inflated charges. This is not how a reputable rental service should operate. I plan to escalate the issue, but I am being ignored. I will never rent from this service again and strongly advise others to photograph every part of the vehicle, especially the wheels, before leaving — or better yet, choose a different rental service altogether.
