I had a very unprofessional experience at the rental office. I arrived for a confirmed booking only to find the office closed without notice and waited 45 minutes in the cold. The staff was rude and unhelpful, refusing valid identification without proper explanation. After making a complaint, we were treated poorly, falsely told our reservation was canceled, and asked for unreasonable documents to prove our address. After significant delays and extra costs, we finally received a dirty car. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
