We had always used Enterprise without problems, but this office at Barcelona Airport is completely unacceptable.We made a reservation under my wife’s name, and when we arrived, they demanded a document with her address—something we were never informed about and is impossible for us since we live in Germany. We offered reasonable alternatives, but the employee refused to help, completely shut down, accused us of being hostile when he was the one behaving aggressively, and even threatened to call security.We asked to speak with the supervisor who was present, and he never showed up or made the slightest effort to help us. His attitude was rigid, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. We lost time, patience, and trust. I will never use Enterprise again, and I cannot recommend this office under any circumstances.
