I am new to Enterprise car club and took my first vehicle out yesterday. Due to an uncharacteristic comedy of errors, I managed to lock the key inside the car. This turned out to be much more difficult to solve than you might expect. However, despite it being around midnight Hadil was brilliant. She talked me through the process over several hours - which eventually involved the AA - and was incredibly kind and caring. I don't usually leave reviews but was moved to do so on this occasion as we were under quite a bit of stress and were massively impressed by her calm and professional approach. Customer service at its best. Thank you Hadil (and thank you to Pawel at the AA, who managed to somehow extract the keys from the 'tank like' Hyundai, which has impressive safety features!).
