Gillian was super helpful when I called today. I have a booking for tomorrow and wanted to get an idea of how much fuel might be in the tank. She went through all the information to hand to try and get an idea based on previous use and also suggested that I could go to the car this evening to check the fuel levels, which I did (with support from a colleague of Gillian's). The good news is that the last user left slightly over half a tank so I can start my journey without having to hunt for a fuel station that has petrol. Great customer service all round!
