Do not place an order. We spent the past week being told our delivery would arrive. After several attempts to get the order sent to our location, it was delivered to the wrong address. This happened despite numerous calls and emails to finalize the proofs and complete the order. I had to follow up repeatedly. When the order arrived, it was less than half of what was expected. As a result, our students did not receive their items on time for the school event. They should be ashamed of their lack of concern and honesty, as they've given multiple excuses. A truly disappointing experience.
