They do not adhere to the 5-day turnaround they promote on their website. I placed an order on December 1st before the end of the day, but did not receive the proof until December 3rd. The colors were wrong, so I requested corrections, referencing a previous order with a similar logo for clarity. The second proof was still inaccurate, and I finally received a correct third proof on December 5. I was informed on December 12 that my order would ship that day, but it did not. On December 15, customer service assured me that the Production Manager confirmed my order would ship that day, but again, it did not. This has happened to me before, and I find it frustrating when customers are misled. If they cannot deliver on a 5-day turnaround, they should not advertise it as part of their service.

This occurred despite several calls and emails to finalize the proofs and complete the order. I had to follow up multiple times. When the order finally arrived, it was less than half of what we expected. Consequently, our students did not receive their items on time for the school event. They should feel embarrassed by their lack of concern and honesty, as their communication has been far from truthful, offering numerous excuses. A truly disappointing experience.

The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. The products are great. The only issue was with the order system, which could use some improvement. I encountered a few glitches, but thanks to the representative, everything worked out in the end.
