Avoid placing an order. We have spent the last week reassured that our delivery would arrive. After many attempts to send an order to our location, it went to the wrong address. This occurred despite several calls and emails to finalize the proofs and complete the order. I had to follow up multiple times. When the order finally arrived, it was less than half of what we expected. Consequently, our students did not receive their items on time for the school event. They should feel embarrassed by their lack of concern and honesty, as their communication has been far from truthful, offering numerous excuses. A truly disappointing experience.
