I initially left a positive review due to a smooth start, but it quickly became a nightmare. After paying deposits and being assured of a property, we were informed last minute that the landlord hadn’t signed the agreement. This led to unnecessary expenses and stress as we struggled to secure another place. I cannot recommend this service due to their poor communication and handling.
