If I could rate this agency negatively, I would. After expressing interest in a property and submitting a cash offer, I received no updates and was ultimately informed that a higher offer was accepted without any opportunity to counter. Their practices seem unethical and they do not operate fairly. I plan to file a complaint regarding their conduct.
