However the situation become weird on the post-sales stage, after we got the house and we found there is a security system being installed and need a code to disarm the system. So we send a mail to the agent to ask the vendor if they can provide to us and of coz we got no reply at all. Their compliant and compliance team has stepped in after i have post a comment in Google, and i got the response from the compliant consultant is: Buyer ask a question + Vendor didn't response = Agent presume the case is resolved. I must say it is innovative. I am only disappointed when the agent behave non-responsive, but I am angry after the complaint consultant ask me to move on, then what's the purpose of your team existence?
