We’ve had multiple situations where clients contacted us because something in the template caused unexpected behaviour or errors. It’s frustrating, especially when you expect a premium service to offer stable, well‑tested products.What makes the situation worse is the support experience. When you reach out for help, the responses often feel unhelpful or dismissive. Instead of addressing the actual issue, you’re frequently told to purchase additional plugins or pay extra — sometimes around $50 — just to fix problems that shouldn’t have existed in the first place.Most templates seem to require extra purchases, extra fixes, or extra troubleshooting. It defeats the purpose of paying for a subscription that’s supposed to provide ready‑to‑use, high‑quality assets.Overall, Elements.Envato has become more of a headache than a solution. I really hope they improve their quality control and support, because right now the experience is far from what users expect.
