I ordered 4x6 fold over cards. I was very disappointed when I received my order with no envelopes with the cards. Being the name of the company envelopes.com you would hope envelopes are included. There was no mention that envelopes were not included. I guess I assumed by ordering cards you get envelopes. No mention of envelopes that could be paired with the cards. I called customer service with no help. They will look into labeling what items don't come with envelopes. I said to the customer service person how does that help me? I didn't want to spend more money for a company that doesn't explain their products on their website correctly. No mention of returning them but I did ask since their site is misleading to honor my request to send me 50 envelopes at no charge, The CS person said she would have management look into it. I don't expect any resolution. Even the order number on my invoice was different than what they could find in their system. I got locked out of my account and couldn't check on my order. Unless they send me 50 envelopes at N/C I will order from some one else. They certainly charged alot for just 50 cards with no envelopes.
