Review Time
Again, I have experienced fabulous customer service here. This company as a lot to offer, although they did not have my exact desired item: a square black envelope, either 10", 11", or 12" square - not offered. That is why they are not getting five stars from me. But I have purchased other envelopes from them in the past and was very happy with those white ones. I recommend this company as being honest and reliable.
I bought envelopes that I could use for thank you cards that I had made. I was so impressed by the variety on site, from sizes, to colors, to finishes! I had a great experience with customer service to learn a bit more about the customization options on site, and I can’t wait to add some designs to my next order!
I ordered 4x6 fold over cards. I was very disappointed when I received my order with no envelopes with the cards. Being the name of the company envelopes.com you would hope envelopes are included. There was no mention that envelopes were not included. I guess I assumed by ordering cards you get envelopes. No mention of envelopes that could be paired with the cards. I called customer service with no help. They will look into labeling what items don't come with envelopes. I said to the customer service person how does that help me? I didn't want to spend more money for a company that doesn't explain their products on their website correctly. No mention of returning them but I did ask since their site is misleading to honor my request to send me 50 envelopes at no charge, The CS person said she would have management look into it. I don't expect any resolution. Even the order number on my invoice was different than what they could find in their system. I got locked out of my account and couldn't check on my order. Unless they send me 50 envelopes at N/C I will order from some one else. They certainly charged alot for just 50 cards with no envelopes.
