I ordered several items. Only after the order was placed was I informed several items were back-ordered 1-2 weeks. Its been 2 months now and no word. No response to email or phone calls. No offer for refund. I've had to purchase the items I needed elsewhere and file a claim with my bank to have the money refunded which is a huge waste of my time and energy. Reading the other reviews on here, I'm feeling lucky I at least got part of my order!
