He comes when he says he will. He's always very friendly, very polite and just loves what he does. He has 'magic' potions and is the most hard working contractor I’ve ever known!
Neil came this time as we’ve got a new male cat who keeps marking his territory in places where my female cats and dog sleep. I’m so paranoid about the house smelling. Neil treated the areas with a special spray (which he kindly left with me to use in future) and when he'd finished cleaning all the carpets and added the final treatment spray, the house smelled delightful again and all traces and marks from the 'accidents' long gone!
My husband's grubby hand marks (from cleaning the log burner) are also long gone from his armchair too - dry immediately - amazing!
