He comes when he says he will. He's always very friendly, very polite and just loves what he does. He has 'magic' potions and is the most hard working contractor I’ve ever known!
Neil came this time as we’ve got a new male cat who keeps marking his territory in places where my female cats and dog sleep. I’m so paranoid about the house smelling. Neil treated the areas with a special spray (which he kindly left with me to use in future) and when he'd finished cleaning all the carpets and added the final treatment spray, the house smelled delightful again and all traces and marks from the 'accidents' long gone!
My husband's grubby hand marks (from cleaning the log burner) are also long gone from his armchair too - dry immediately - amazing!
Highly recommend! Totes best carpet guy you ever need, hands down!

I saw an ad for upholstery cleaning and reached out for assistance. They responded quickly and provided excellent communication regarding my sofa cleaning needs, accommodating my schedule perfectly. I received a confirmation call and was informed that the technician would arrive at noon. The technician even texted in advance to confirm his arrival, which was earlier than expected. He was friendly and took the time to explain the cleaning process, ensuring everything was pet-friendly and that our dog was comfortable. After two hours of dedicated work, we were thrilled with the results; the sofa looked and smelled fantastic. Great job overall, and I will definitely recommend this service to friends and family!
