I encountered an issue with the first two parcels; the first was sent on 17 or 18.11.2025 and may have been lost by the postal service. However, the communication remained very good throughout. The final parcel was dispatched on 2.01.2026 with priority services and it arrived promptly. I was initially worried, but it all worked out in the end.
