Overall, my experience was great. There were some issues with the first two parcels, with the first possibly lost by the postal service. Nonetheless, the communication was consistently excellent. The last parcel was sent on 2.01.2026 using priority services and arrived very quickly. I had some initial concerns, but everything turned out well in the end.

The final parcel was dispatched on 2.01.2026 with priority services and it arrived promptly. I was initially worried, but it all worked out in the end.
After ordering the environmental badge, it unfortunately didn't reach my home in Hungary. About 10 days later, I realized it probably wouldn’t arrive, so I contacted the support team. Their response was quick and helpful, and since I had to travel to Germany, they kindly agreed to resend the badge to a German address. However, there was another issue; I stayed there for four days, but the badge never arrived, despite the tracking showing it was delivered. Upon returning home, I reached out again, and they resent the badge, which finally arrived after a few days. Next time I travel to Germany, I’ll be able to park anywhere. That’s why I’m keeping my car! :)
Navigating the website to complete my registration was straightforward. They responded quickly, keeping me updated on the progress and expected delivery date. The sticker arrived as promised in 4/5 days, along with clear instructions on where and how to place it. Kudos to the team!
