They also mistakenly attributed the issue to my apartment being on the ground floor, which it is not. Despite claims of professional work, the situation worsened, making my investment seem wasted. Given the previous lack of success, I don't consider repeating the service for another £600 a reasonable option. I wouldn't recommend their services.
