Disappointing Experience with the Service

Last year, I engaged a service to mouse-proof my small one-bedroom apartment, investing around £600 for inspection and treatment. Unfortunately, when temperatures dropped again, the mice returned through the same entry point, and the problem was even worse this time. I contacted the service, and they recommended repeating the entire process. A £20 discount on the initial £600 charge felt almost insulting considering the previous ineffectiveness. They also mistakenly claimed the issue was due to my apartment being on the ground floor, which it is not. Despite promises of professional-quality work, the situation worsened, making my investment feel wasted. Given the past lack of results, I can't justify repeating the service for another £600 and wouldn't recommend them.

They took the time to explain the source of the problem and what needed to be done, with very reasonable pricing as well. Anyone in need of pest control should definitely consider this service.

Completely ineffective mouse proofing

I reached out to the company and was told my only option was to go through the entire assessment and treatment process again. A discount of around £20 was offered on a £600 service that had been completely ineffective the first time, which felt almost insultingly low. I was also told that the quick return of mice was because my flat was on the ground floor, which it is not. Despite repeated assurances of professional standards via email, the problem was unresolved, worsened, and my £600 felt wasted. Considering the last treatment's ineffectiveness, I can't imagine doing it again for another £600 is a wise choice. I would not recommend this service.
