I was also told that the quick return of mice was because my flat was on the ground floor, which it is not. Despite repeated assurances of professional standards via email, the problem was unresolved, worsened, and my £600 felt wasted. Considering the last treatment's ineffectiveness, I can't imagine doing it again for another £600 is a wise choice. I would not recommend this service.
