After years of awful service, we were finally able to ditch EOLO and installed Starlink. The diference is unbelievable - 6 times the speed (consistently) no outages, strong signal throughout our house and outside too. The final insult from EOLO was charging us to discontinue their pathetic service and insisting that we take down their dish from the roof for collection. My son risked life and limb removing the dish for it to be collected the next day. Nobody showed up. Then EOLO called again and arranged another pick up date. Guess what - no show. This just underlines what a crap service EOLO delivers even after you've got rid of them. I'm thinking of sending them an invoice for storage of their fecking useless dish. Lesson - don't even think about installing or keeping EOLO - get yourself a STARLINK service and smile.Update 25 April - EOLO have responded and asked for our customer reference which is 903890952. We await collection of the dish with eager anticipation. We are also pleased to confirm the reliability, speed and excelent service of STARLINK.EOLO take note - I keep updating the above with our contract number but you never read it.
