I have yet another disheartening report on the actions of this inefficient and incompetent company. My son passed away unexpectedly in February 2025, and I notified them right away. I canceled the contract and submitted all necessary information. Despite assurances, I received no communication until 10 months later, when I found a bill asking for updated meter readings. They claim my email isn't linked to the account, which is absurd since he has passed away. I have escalated my concerns to higher authorities, but not within this company.
