With the new year on us I went to have my silver sneakers account updated. A guy named Jacob was doing the switch of my insurance. He asked if I wanted to try a trainer so I asked him how much this will cost me. He stated $280, I thought this was the only charge. What he failed to tell me is that $280 was every other week for 4 months. When I confronted him he stated that he told me. If he had I would never have signed up. Upon taking $1120 I confronted him and he lied to his manager that he had told me which was a lie. This fitness company is deceptive and does not care how you are treated. I’m 73 and live on a fixed social security pay. No way would I have afforded this ridiculous charge. Total amount would be $2240. Such a shame to be treated unfairly like this.
