I am very disappointed with the service. I attempted to cancel my membership a few days before the renewal date, only to be informed of an $82 renewal fee due to an unclear policy about cancellation notice. I find it unjust to be charged for a renewal I do not want, especially after trying to cancel in advance. This experience has been upsetting, and I would not recommend this service due to its lack of transparency.
