EOS accounting error caused me $125 in service fees. Instead of honoring their mistake I was told I needed to pay $125 in added fees because of “denied payments”, after going into the location every month saying you have the wrong card and updating the form of payment they still said I was responsible for their error! I’ve been trying to cancel my account for four months now and they won’t let me. They send me around to multiple locations and even the district manager won’t get back to me. Nina Castor needs to be fired!!!!!
