EOT is a fraudulent organization. I was marked as having incorrect answers and told to resubmit information I had already provided. Their platform is riddled with technical issues, and when I reached out, the support team was rude, condescending, and made me feel gaslit. As a qualified supervisor and skilled tradesperson, I find this experience completely unacceptable. I lost my certification and now have to redo it, but EOT has been the worst training organization I have ever dealt with.
