I see that they have scammed many people because they are not authorized to give you the certificate. So please help me report this company so they don’t scam anyone else. Call 13 14 50 – Fair Trading
. They are not authorized to provide certification; that’s why they fail you on the last question so they don’t have to give you the certificate. The company doesn’t have a license, so if you read this, please report them. I’m going to do it so they refund my money. They scammed me, and I don’t want it to happen to you.
Overall learning aspect was fine - a few typos in the course notes but other than that it made sense.
The assessments were very picky and required answers which weren't even in the question - with a 3 day marking time it made the process very tedious with back and forths, and different markers would have different opinions on your answer.
Eventually my course 'ran out of time' (which seems silly since I paid for it, it should last as long as it takes me) and I had a submission in progress at the time, so I had to pay an extra $30 to reactivate my course just to find out I had passed - felt like a scam.
Save the faff, just go and do a white card course in-person elsewhere.
If you're pursuing your white card, it's best to do it in person. This online training is a complete waste of time, lacking any real training or support. The assessor seems to be from another country and the quality is poor. With 25 years in mining and experience as a supervisor, I can confidently say that what they teach is irrelevant and incorrect. I strongly advise staying away; they should be prohibited from operating and do not offer refunds. The assessors are inadequate and deserve scrutiny.
Your time is more valuable than the minimal savings. Even if you navigate the technical issues, you will spend a significant amount of time responding to inquiries from the "assessor" who uses a generic assessment key. This often forces you to redo audio responses to align with predetermined answers. While online support is prompt, it proves ineffective, as the company seems more focused on collecting your payment than on delivering quality service, making it clear that the standard of their offering is not reflected in the terms and conditions.
This organization has proven to be a scam. I was incorrectly marked for having wrong answers and was instructed to resubmit information I had already provided. Their platform is plagued with technical issues, and when I reached out for assistance, the support team was rude, dismissive, and made me feel belittled. As a qualified supervisor and skilled tradesperson, I find this experience unacceptable. I had a certification that was lost, necessitating a redo, but this organization has been the worst training provider I have encountered.
EOT is a fraudulent organization. I was marked as having incorrect answers and told to resubmit information I had already provided. Their platform is riddled with technical issues, and when I reached out, the support team was rude, condescending, and made me feel gaslit. As a qualified supervisor and skilled tradesperson, I find this experience completely unacceptable. I lost my certification and now have to redo it, but EOT has been the worst training organization I have ever dealt with.
All the detailed reviews on various platforms rate this organization at 1 star. The 5-star reviews are often just one line. It's shocking: could those 5-star reviews be fake or paid for? How could such a poor business have clients giving them high ratings? It's no surprise this organization has been investigated for misleading practices. I wish I had known this before wasting my time. After completing numerous questions and role plays in 7 hours, I’m still waiting to finish the course. Each video submission takes them 3 days to review unless you pay extra. I was told my last video was incorrect for including a phrase that was deemed a refusal. Now, I’m stuck waiting again. I refuse to give them more money. P.S. Their registration is reportedly under review, which raises more red flags.
If I could give no stars, I would. My relative got their certification here, so I tried it too, needing it for work. They had multiple attempts and got help, but I didn't pass after three tries. They review assessments every few days, and after two weeks of waiting, I paid for expedited processing. Immediately after paying, my account was flagged, and I couldn't retry. I recommend using legitimate in-person providers instead. I spent money here for nothing but disappointment.
Take a good look around before selecting a training provider. I thought this one would be reliable as it’s supposedly endorsed by the government. It’s been terrible. The support team lacks compassion, and the only way to contact them is through email. As someone elderly with limited internet access, I found it incredibly challenging to complete the course, compounded by their lack of support.
