All the detailed reviews on various platforms rate this organization at 1 star. The 5-star reviews are often just one line. It's shocking: could those 5-star reviews be fake or paid for? How could such a poor business have clients giving them high ratings? It's no surprise this organization has been investigated for misleading practices. I wish I had known this before wasting my time. After completing numerous questions and role plays in 7 hours, I’m still waiting to finish the course. Each video submission takes them 3 days to review unless you pay extra. I was told my last video was incorrect for including a phrase that was deemed a refusal. Now, I’m stuck waiting again. I refuse to give them more money. P.S. Their registration is reportedly under review, which raises more red flags.
