EOT advertises their RSAT course as paying 25AUD to get 2 certificates: the certificate of attendance (which is useless and has no legal value), and the official NSW certificate (the one you legally need). Instead, upon completing the online training, you only get the certificate of attendance and are simply provided with a link to the official NSW RSAT assessment, for which you need to pay the full 18AUD to get the final certificate. Do not use EOT (total cost: 25+18=44 AUD), just use NSW RSAT course and assessment (total cost: 28AUD). I wrote to the support service, they refused to reimburse the difference.
