I attempted to complete a White Card course with EOT. The course notes were irrelevant to half of the assessment questions, and there was no way to get support from a trainer. The submission process was constantly timing out or having technical difficulties. What should have taken me a few days to complete turned into weeks of back and forth jumping through nonsense hoops trying to work out exactly what they wanted from my answers, as evidently the "examples" you could include were only the exact ones they chose. After searching the entire internet for their contact number, I called it, only to have it tell me that the number is disconnected or not in use. As a teacher with 16 years experience, I have never completed an online course with a worse assessment process! Never again!!
