EXTORTIONATE SCAM! The site says - pay when you pass. You complete 5 sections and they request your review and payment details. They say you will be emailed a receipt and certificate. So, of course you think, great! I'll give 5 stars. Then you check your email only to find out there are still more assessments to complete before you get your certificate. Now they take A LOT longer to mark each assessment and you can't complete the next one until the previous one has been marked and passed. I'm still waiting for the a result and will still need to book in an appointment for the final section. In the meantime I have lost work. I've lodged a complaint with Fair Trading. ABSOLUTE SCAM.
