This organization has proven to be a scam. I was incorrectly marked for having wrong answers and was instructed to resubmit information I had already provided. Their platform is plagued with technical issues, and when I reached out for assistance, the support team was rude, dismissive, and made me feel belittled. As a qualified supervisor and skilled tradesperson, I find this experience unacceptable. I had a certification that was lost, necessitating a redo, but this organization has been the worst training provider I have encountered.
