CHECK BAD (TRUTH) REVIEWS BEFORE YOU SIGN UP! The course listing is very misleading. I completed my online studies, passed the assessment. Paid extra to get the actual certificate posted. After payment made, received another email saying I have to complete another 3 assessments before I can get the certificate??Well, then I completed the LLN and audio assessment, after submitted the audio assessment you have to wait 3 business days for them to mark it unless you paid extra $$ to upgrade to premium account. And in the meantime you can't book for the 3rd assessment (Live audio assessment) before they mark it!The 3rd assessment is the most frustrated one. Fully booked for the next 3 weeks and there is no guarantee you will pass, if the assessor think you didn't prepare enough they will request you to rebook! Sound like they just trying to get as much money they can by trying to fail people and make ppl to pay more if they need the RSA urgently.I gave up after submitted the 2nd assessment and went to other RTO that offers live Zoom RSA course. End up getting my RSA certificate emailed to me 3 days after I finish the course & passed the assessment. So regret to sign up with EOT, totally wasted my time and money!!
