I paid for expedited shipping. The day it was to arrive, I checked the tracking number; it showed only a printed label. I tried to contact them - no reply via email after 3 attempts and no phone number. They finally shipped the order a week after it was to arrive ... and after I threatened a chargeback with my credit card company. Because they shipped it, I was unable to follow through on the chargeback and am now out 25% of the original price + shipping (to & from my home) because they refused to deviate from their return policy. It should be noted I ordered the same product from Amazon at the same price (wish I'd found that before but Eparts(not)fast came up first ... the Amazon part arrived in 48 hr. This is a horrible company and you should check BBB for all the 1 star reviews.
