Ordered a simple lint trap replacement for my dryer. It's a piece of plastic, some mesh and felt. Item came promptly and looked identical to the old one (but newer,) however, it fell apart after one use. The original trap lasted over a decade and was just starting to show wear. Emailed them a week ago, no response. Just followed up but I'm not hopeful about my chances based on the rest of these replies. Their 'all sales final, no refunds or returns after use, no warranty guaranteed' return policy doesn't give any protection for faulty or defective parts, which I definitely should have seen as a bigger red flag. I'd just like a second part sent to try, I wasn't even looking to refund yet. :/ Don't be fooled by their cheaper prices, just go somewhere else and get a decent part.
