I bought a replacement icemaker for my frig. They advertised that it came with the wiring harness. It came 12/27/22 without a wiring harness. I communicated with them about it and they sent the wiring harness which arrived 1/3. I installed the icemaker and it produced no ice. I emailed them 1/13 requesting that they honor their 100% guarantee, no hassle return. They did not respond. I send a second email a few days later. They responded on 1/19 by sending me their return policy which stated that I had to return it within 14 days, and they would not accept it if it had been installed. I responded by saying that the clock should not have started ticking on their 14 day policy until I had received the wiring harness on 1/3, and that since I requested return on 1/13, I was within the 14 days. Apparently they felt that since they delayed their response until after the 14 days, I was out of luck. I then said that how could I know the part was defective without installing it? Their policy basically negates any possible way to return a defective part. They have not responded. there is no way to telephone them to discuss it.
