Order $15 dryer part and paid for expedited shipping (2-4 days). Part is the size of a ping pong ball and weighs half as much (thermal fuse). 12 days later, no clue, no arrival, in transit.... no other part has been sent, no refund. Bought another one elsewhere and delivered in 3 days!
