In 2022, I bought a 3-day toll pass that allowed me unlimited drive through Portugal tolls. In July 2024, I received a message from this company with a fine. The thing is, my pass was valid from August 17th to 19th, and the date for the fine was August 18th.Since then, I have opened three complaints, showing proof that the fine is incorrect and that I was legitimately circulating through tolls. However, they have ignored all evidence. They "accepted" removing the fine, but still want me to pay for the tolls on that day, referencing a "technical failure" that is definitely not on my side since I paid a full amount at the time.Clearly this company is not doing their job, as they do not take into account any evidences you present and just keep bothering you to pay (without providing any evidence themselves). Additionally, it is quite hard to solve any issue if you are not based in the UK. I cannot call them without incurring in ridiculous charges, and they take weeks to answer to the complaints opened through their website. Edit: In response to the company's comment, I already sent an e-mail to that address on the same day I posted this review (of course, no answer yet).
