I had a letter confirming I had a refund due. Reason was they had me as a lorry and actually I was in a car trailing a boat. The web site only offers me to put in sort and account number not iban and swift. Phoned and they said I will get a email in 24 hrs. Not had the refund or email. To update on my review. After confirming all my bank details as requested by them they have now informed me that the refund was to my credit card not my bank. Having checked it has been done so will update my star rating.
