Anothrer one with a demand for a toll in Portugal. Initial request showed a picture of a piece of tarmac. When challenged I've been sent pictures with doctored registration plates! Not even smart enough to get that right! For those interested, their managing director's email is easy to find if you just google it. See how he likes being sent these demands!
