Illegally sourcing dataI do not live in the UK, and EPC have illegally sourced my personal data from a non-UK car registration authority. There is no legal basis for them requesting the registered owner of a car outside the UK unless there is a reciprocal agreement. But all these were lost with Brexit.So, they resort to breaking the law.Then, when I ask them about this, they simply delete all of the appeals I have made, and when I make a data access request, as is my right under UK Data Protection legislation, they simply ignore the request.So they are acting illegally on at least two counts.
