I was sent a request for a toll on M50 in Dublin. We did register our car as noted in many signs and tried to pay but could not. Then after our journey we rang up and were told they (eFlow) did not have a record of our journey. So we tried hard to pay and then EPCPLC sent us a penalty notice. The system is very unfriendly and designed to catch out anyone unfamiliar with the city. I agree with other reviews that it is almost impossible to appeal or to register a complaint. You will get redirected by everyone to someone else so you end up going around in circles.
