I had a very bad acne flare up after just 1 week of taking Epetome. I did a lot of research around the side effects and whether this was just due to an adjustment period, but as I was not experiencing other side effects, and my digestion had actually improved from day 1, it seemed to be something in the capsule that was causing this - possibly the Biotin which can be known for worsening acne. I really liked the idea of the product, and all the reviews seem to be amazing - but i didn't find any that mentioned acne prone skin (which was the main reason I wanted to improve my gut health). If taking for digestive reasons I think it did work pretty instantly for me, but if taking for skin or other related issues then do some research on what will work for you specifically and be cautious. I'd also recommend doing the one-off purchase if you don't know how you'll react, as I now have two full tubs that I won't use and their money back guarantee is only if you have taken it for the full 90 days (which I'm obviously not going to do as this was a clear reaction rather than a settling in period).
