The best customer-service I have ever dealt with. Extremely helpful and customer-oriented. Had a similar situation by shopping with a well-known-luxury-online-shop and had to discus/take legal action for weeks/months (the order was high in value). Therefore I had anxiety thinking about dealing with this kind of situation again. However, the customer-service of epetome really is 5 star! Can’t wait to finally receive the product!!
These were SO expensive and I have seen no results whatsoever. Symprove is wayyyy better and planning on going back once these are finished. What a shame I asked my hubby to get them as a gift and I feel like he waste his money now 🥺

I have been taking Epetome for almost 10 months now and it has been a game changer for me. I am a woman in my 40s and suffered years of bloating, stomach pain, indigestion and acid reflex, and nothing I tried helped. I saw Emily English on a Saturday breakfast TV show one morning then started following her on Instagram, that is when I discovered Epetome. I was reluctant at first because of the price, but 10 months in I feel it is worth every penny. I almost forgot how bad I was feeling beforehand because Epetome makes my IBS and digestion issues a thing of the past.I must also add that I reduced eating sugar from my diet at the same time which has also contributed to feeling so much better in my gut health. I keep telling all my friends to try it.
I've been holding off writing this review as I wanted to give the product a fair chance given its nature. I'm coming to the end of my 2nd month and it has definitely helped with my chronic bloating and constipation, and wow is my sleep incredible now, but it isn't a miracle cure. The first few weeks on it were great for my gut, but awful for sleep and I found myself with bouts of insomnia which I emailed the company about, and they were super helpful and responsive and I dropped the dose to every other day which seemed to help. The initial aid with digestion then completely disappeared, and I was back to being bloated and constipated for days again. I perservered with the product and now I can say it does make a difference, particularly with a restful night's sleep and food intolerances. I went from cutting out dairy for the last 5 years to now eating Kefir daily without major issues which is incredible. This isn't a product for everyone, and I would advice caution with thinking this is going to "change your life" and fix all gut issues, but it is a definite aid.
I’ve been asked to update my review. Since then I have received pills and am on my 2nd month, no improvements yet, but my condition is chronic and severe.Epetome are now updating me and offered me a discount for my next subscription. Also customer service has been helpful.
Only half my order turned up but customer service was fab!They were empathetic, thorough, and proactive from the start. They reassured me they were investigating the issue and immediately arranged for the missing items to be dispatched. The communication was clear, prompt, and genuinely thoughtful. It made all the difference.
Such an easy process to order, its an automatic subscription which is great so i dont have to remember to re-order. Second month arrived in glass jar again so i contacted the team to let them know i prefer the re-fill pouch, they responded within 48hrs to let me know they had updates the system. I love the product and how much it has decreased my bloating in just one month, i will be keeping this in my daily routine! Very happy.
