I ordered a calendar that I assumed contained whiskey due to its $35 price. When it arrived, it felt empty. I reported this and submitted a video, explaining it was a gift that couldn't be opened until December 1. When opened, my husband's disappointment was evident; it was just a piece of plastic with string to attach. Imagine giving a child an advent calendar with no treats. I've repeatedly asked for the return address for a refund, but they only offer $10 compensation, which I refuse to accept. Additionally, they charged me an extra $10 at the time of purchase, which I managed to reclaim! AVOID THIS SERVICE!
